Job vs Business: What’s Better?

Income generation doesn’t have to be too difficult. Job vs Business which is better really depends on our choice like when we have to buy a laptop the first question arises that which laptop is the best for me or in terms of food which food is the best may be pasta or pizza in all this question the answer depends on the preferences of a person likewise to choose between job and business is also depend on the persons personal choice

Now lets compare job and business in terms of risk, money, efforts. freedom, responsibility, learning, life, security, satisfaction.

  1. RISK: Running a business is a big thing as in involves lots of risk where as in job you have to go on same direction and it does not have that much risk because chances of getting a new job is higher if you loose your job. But being in business you have to learn lots of thing. So if we see business and job in terms of risk job is more better.
  2. MONEY: In business earning depends on how well the business is running you can earn more in business where as in job you have a fixed amount of money which a person gets after a confined number of days. So if we see business and job in terms of money business is better.
  3. EFFORTS: In running business it take lots of efforts as we don't know how much time it will take to flourished and in job also you have to take lots of efforts in order to reach top management in job. But in business it take lots of sacrifices, efforts, will power etc. So if we see business and job in term of efforts job is better. 
  4. FREEDOM: It is said that after a certain time no one is free as boss but by the time we reach that stage we hate to be free and also being free can effect the business but in job a person sometime is free or busy it really depend on top management, their way of handling the clients and their work. So if we see business and job in terms of freedom job is better.
  5. RESPONSIBILITY: When we own a business we have lots of responsibility such as running the business, manage employees, expenses and what not but in job a person has the responsibility of the work assigned to them so in a way they take the burden away from the managers. If we see job has less responsibility in comparison to business.
  6. LEARNING: In learning a job person has to learn how to do thing better or keep learning in which they are good but in business you have to keep learning about different aspects of life 
  7. LIFE: If we compare a businessman life and a job persons life a businessman's life is more hectic and stressful but in comparison to job person there life is very much good and they have less stressful life. 
  8. SECURITY: A businessman has much more security than a employee. but according to study it says that only 10 % business only survive after a certain period of time rest all can be better calculated. 
  9. SATISFACTION: Now a day there are lots of person who are not satisfied with there jobs which can be due to work environment or it can be due to the competition. But in business the person is satisfied as they are doing what they like unlike job person who does what there boss says. If we see business and job in terms of satisfaction business is better.    

 All the above attributes mentioned will differ between job and business. Everything has its own pros and cons present it really depend on the person choice and attitude. Because in the end really that matters is that where are you and what are you doing.
